Leona in Mexico City is seeking a senior Growth leader to own the doctor growth engine from awareness to activation, retention, and referral. You will run rapid experiments across channels, design onboarding that demonstrates Leona’s value quickly, and build dashboards to drive decisions.

You will collaborate with founders and product, hire a high-performing growth team, and scale a repeatable growth flywheel in a fast-moving AI-first healthcare platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in an early-stage startup.
• Proven growth in a 0→1 environment.
• Demonstrated history of exceptional performance and rapid career progression.
• Built something from scratch with measurable impact and outcomes.
• Led high-performing teams and attracted top talent.
• Prefer launching experiments over writing strategy decks.
• Thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, and execute with discipline.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own the growth engine from awareness to activation, retention, and referral.
• Find scalable acquisition channels across outbound, partnerships, referrals, paid, SEO, events, and more.
• Turn users into customers by designing onboarding experiences that showcase Leona's value quickly.
• Define metrics, build dashboards, and make decisions based on data and customer feedback.
• Shape the product by feeding customer insights to founders and the product team.
• Build the growth team, develop scalable playbooks, and create a long-term growth advantage.
