Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Growth & Experimentation Data Analyst to design experiments, ensure statistical rigor, and readout across web funnels, SMS/drip, sales-driven tests, and SEO tests. You’ll own the acquisition-to-conversion funnel metrics and help scale a self-serve experimentation layer using Lightdash, dbt, and Python AI tooling.

The role partners with CRO and Growth PMs, delivering measurable lifts and building a trusted analytics model across brands and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience designing experiments and guarding against false positives.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with dbt, Lightdash or equivalent BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design tests and ensure rigorous statistical readouts.
• Own acquisition-to-conversion funnel metrics across brands and channels.
• Develop a self-serve experimentation layer and tooling.
• Collaborate with CRO and Growth PMs to shape test direction.
