Job summary

LawnStarter is building a high-signal Growth and Experimentation function. You will own the experimentation program, ensuring design quality, statistical rigor, and actionable readouts across web funnels, marketing channels, and acquisition-to-conversion paths.

You will operate within an AI-native analytics environment, leveraging automated tooling and self-serve capabilities to scale measurement and decision-making across Growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for automation.
• Familiarity with dbt and Lightdash.
• Ability to collaborate with Growth and CRO teams.

Responsibilities

• Own experiment design, power and sample-size decisions.
• Develop self-serve experimentation layer with automated metrics and AI tooling.
• Maintain Growth funnel model across brands and channels.
• Shape the Growth analytics standards and playbooks for scale.
