Dymax is seeking an Engagement & Demand Generation MarCom Specialist in Mexico to drive multi-channel marketing, content creation, and campaigns that elevate brand awareness and generate qualified leads. You will craft compelling materials for digital, social, and event channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Formación

• BS/BA degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalency.
• Experience executing integrated marketing communications across multiple channels.
• Working knowledge of MarCom tools including social media, CMS, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development with brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute integrated marketing communications activities for an assigned brand or portfolio across digital, social, email, web, and events.
• Create multichannel assets including graphics, videos, and written materials for campaigns and sales enablement.
• Deliver digital marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate inbound interest.
• Monitor campaign results and channel performance to refine tactics.
• Coordinate content calendars and editorial schedules aligned with campaigns and priorities.
• Coordinate external vendors and partners to ensure timely, on-brand content delivery.
• Execute events and promotional activities to reinforce brand presence and lead outcomes.
