Magna Powertrain busca liderar la función de Control Interno dentro del Centro de Servicios Compartidos para Norteamérica, asegurando controles robustos en AP/AR y cumplimiento de políticas corporativas.

Se requieren licenciatura en contabilidad/finanzas, 5 años de experiencia y dominio de SAP FICO, Excel y herramientas de MS Office. Se valorará experiencia en entornos multinacionales y disponibilidad para trabajar en México.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, titulizado y con cédula profesional
• .5 años de experiencia en rol similar o equivalente
• Conocimientos en procesos contables y controles internos, SOX y buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la función de Control Interno dentro del Centro de Servicios Compartidos para Norteamérica, asegurando un entorno de control robusto en AP/AR.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de políticas, SOX, estándares de Compliance y mejores prácticas de gobierno corporativo.
• Contribuir a la mitigación de riesgos, la integridad de la información financiera y la excelencia operativa del SSC.

Job Responsibilities

Objetivo del Puesto Liderar la función de Control Interno dentro del Centro de Servicios Compartidos (SSC) para Norteamérica, asegurando un entorno de control robusto en los procesos de Cuentas por Pagar (AP) y Cuentas por Cobrar (AR), mediante la implementación, monitoreo y mejora continua de controles financieros y operativos. Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas, requerimientos SOX, estándares de Compliance y mejores prácticas de gobierno corporativo, contribuyendo a la mitigación de riesgos, la integridad de la información financiera y la excelencia operativa del SSC.

Escolaridad

Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o áreas a fines Titulado y con cédula profesional

Experiencia Requerida

5 años de experiencia en un rol similar.

Conocimientos Específicos

• Experiencia en organizaciones multinacionales, preferentemente en la industria automotriz
• Sólido conocimiento de procesos financieros transaccionales de Cuentas por Pagar, Cuentas por Cobrar y/o Contabilidad
• Experiencia previa en entornos de Shared Services (deseable)
• Conocimiento de principios contables generalmente aceptados y controles SOX
• Experiencia en SAP FICO
• Dominio avanzado de Excel, Word y PowerPoint
• Inglés avanzado
• Alta atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con fechas límite
• Habilidad comprobada para generar resultados en entornos dinámicos
• Enfoque orientado al servicio, al cliente y al detalle, con sentido de urgencia
• Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo
• Certificación o formación en mejora continua o Lean Six Sigma deseable
