Magna Powertrain, líder en tecnologías automotrices, busca profesional para supervisar y optimizar procesos de Tratamiento Térmico, Enderezado y Shot Peen en su planta de Ramos Arizpe. Se requiere experiencia en control de procesos, interpretación de dibujos técnicos y manejo de herramientas de calidad como PFMEA/DFMEA y SPC.

El candidato ideal tendrá 5 años de experiencia en roles similares, estudios en Ingeniería de Materiales y habilidades en Power BI, GD&T y normas automotrices.

Formación

• Experiencia en caracterización estructural y en líneas de tratamiento térmico por LPC.
• Conocimientos en PFMEA, DFMEA, Core tools y SPC.
• Interpretación de dibujos técnicos y solución de problemas.
• Conocimiento en normas IATF16949, DIN, AIAG, ISO y APQP.

Responsabilidades

• Responsable del control, monitoreo y mejora del proceso de Tratamiento Térmico, Enderezado y Shot Peen.
• Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de nuevos procesos y APQP.
• Interpretación avanzada de dibujos técnicos y uso de herramientas de medición.
• Colaborar en soluciones de problemas y Lean manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Responsable del control, monitoreo y mejora del proceso de Tratamiento Térmico, Enderezado y Shot Peen así como del desarrollo de proceso de nuevos productos.

Conocimientos:

• Experiencia en caracterización estructural
• Manejo de líneas de carburizado continuo por atmosfera controlada
• Conocimiento en líneas completas de procesos de tratamiento térmico por LPC
• Conocimiento de PFMEA, DFMEA, Core tools, SPC
• Conocimiento de Tratamientos térmicos de acero
• Interpretación de dibujos técnicos
• Metodologías de Solución de Problemas
• Lean manufacturing
• CQI-9
• Procesos de Enderezado, Shot peen, limpieza laser
• Software de medición de cracks en enderezadoras
• Desarrollo e implementación de proyectos
• Conocimiento del desarrollo de APQP
• Básico de Power BI

Experiencia:

• 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares y manejo de personal

Escolaridad:

• Título y cédula profesional en Ingeniería en Materiales o Ingeniería Metalúrgica

• Conocimiento intermedio en normas y conceptos aplicables a la industria automotriz como la norma IATF16949, DIN, AIAG, ISO , manufactura esbelta, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP
• Conocimiento en metodologías de solución de problemas
