Responsibilities

• Production Execution — Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and operational plans.
• Monitor real-time performance and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate changeovers and ensure material readiness.
• Monitor inventory levels on the shop floor.
• Shop Floor Leadership — Lead and supervise production operators and team leaders.
• Process Control & Continuous Improvement — Ensure SOPs, train staff, identify inefficiencies and support Lean initiatives.
• Coordination with Maintenance & Support Areas — Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment availability and quick response.
• Quality Assurance — Ensure products meet quality standards and monitor defects.
• Safety & Compliance — Ensure compliance with EHS standards and promote safe practices.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking — Monitor KPIs, prepare shift reports, and enter data accurately.
