Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our Mexico facility.

You will lead production teams, ensure adherence to SOPs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, training staff on standard work, and reporting shift performance with accurate data entry.

Formación

• Leadership and coordinating daily manufacturing operations.
• Ability to supervise production teams and meet safety/quality targets.
• Experience with SOP compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and teamwork on the shop floor.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment availability and rapid response to failures.
• Train employees and ensure standard work compliance; participate in root cause analysis.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, waste reduction) and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production KPIs and report performance; ensure accurate data entry.
