Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a hands-on shop floor supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output in our Aguascalientes facility.

You will lead production operators and team leaders, coordinate with maintenance, drive process stability, and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S. You will monitor KPIs, prepare shift reports, and maintain accurate data in the system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Lead and supervise production operators and team leaders; assign tasks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment availability and rapid issue resolution.
• Support start-up, stabilization after maintenance, and changeovers.
• Participate in root-cause analyses and implement 5S and waste-reduction initiatives.
