AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. The role requires 4+ years of digital design experience and a strong visual design aesthetic.

You will collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, mentor juniors, and leverage AI to improve workflows. A bachelor’s or associate degree in Advertising or Graphic Design is preferred.

Formación

• UX/UI design expertise with strong visual sensibilities.
• Attention to detail across layouts, typography, color, and imagery for web/mobile.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team to deliver on shared vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in design discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs aligned to client goals, audience, and verticals.
• Maintain high standards and share only the best work with clients.
• Advise clients on industry best practices when appropriate.
• Accurately estimate time to complete work.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.

• Contribute to team meetings and client workshops.
• Give constructive feedback during presentations.
