CloudKitchens is seeking an experienced Google Ads analyst in Mexico City to own analytics and strategy for the paid search program. You will decide what to test, what to cut, and coordinate with our paid marketing agency to move fast and deliver high-quality leads.

You will work with AI tools to enhance data analysis, require advanced English, and bring 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience. This onsite role supports rapid growth in online food delivery.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads/paid search experience.
• Advanced, near-native English communication skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills: pivot tables, conditional functions, lookups (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP).

Responsabilidades

• Own the analysis and strategy for the Google Ads program: what to test, what to scale, what to cut.
• Raise Quality Score by improving ad relevance and landing page experience.
• Own conversion tracking and feed lower-funnel signals to optimize for high-quality leads.
• Coordinate the paid marketing agency: set priorities, brief work, review outputs, ensure quality and pace.
• Dig into data (search terms, Quality Score, lead quality) to turn insights into a plan.
• Get hands-on in the account when needed: restructure ad groups, add negatives, adjust bids, fix tracking.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to analyze data and accelerate decisions.
• Run a continuous testing agenda and report performance clearly.
