CloudKitchens is seeking a performance-driven marketing analyst in Mexico City to lead Google Ads strategy and optimize the funnel. You will own the testing plan, manage bids, and improve conversion signals to drive high-quality leads.

Day-to-day work involves coordinating with our paid marketing agency, briefing tasks, and ensuring high-quality outputs. You will also hands-on with the account when needed and leverage AI tools to accelerate insights and decisions.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads / paid search, with measurable results.
• Advanced near-native English, written and spoken.
• Strong ability to analyze data and derive actions.
• Fluent in GA4 tracking and web analytics.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own analysis and strategy for the Google Ads program.
• Improve Quality Score via ad relevance and landing pages.
• Own conversion tracking and feed lower-funnel signals.
• Coordinate the paid marketing agency: priorities, briefs, reviews.
• Analyze data and turn insights into a plan.
• Hands-on in the account when quick changes required; use AI tools to enhance work.
