You will bridge between clients and our development team, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery from kickoff to launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Technical project management experience.
• Proven experience managing CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, automations, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and English skills; this is a client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CRM and GoHighLevel implementation projects.
• Lead client onboarding, discovery calls, and project planning sessions.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate and manage the development team to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project progress and maintain timelines using Asana.
• Facilitate regular client updates and status meetings.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and scope changes.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
