MX BNB Cloud Services Mexico SA de CV is seeking an entry‑level Workday consultant to support global engagements, gathering business requirements, configuring the Workday solution, developing prototypes, and assisting with testing and deployment.

You will work across multiple regions on large, complex projects and be the voice of the customer for Core HCM and related functional areas, communicating in Spanish and English and traveling as needed.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client business requirements and configure the Workday solution accordingly.
• Demonstrate configurations through iterative prototypes to gain customer acceptance.
• Conduct working sessions with large, global organizations to gather and analyze requirements for Core HCM and other functional areas.
• Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform while representing the voice of the customer.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on business process decisions related to industry or functional areas.
• Support Workday operations by monitoring performance, recommending improvements, and enforcing data and process standards.
• Actively participate in the Workday Community, request enhancements, share ideas, and collaborate with other customers.
• Ensure clients leverage Workday best practices and implement the Workday Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
• Submit status reports to the Engagement Manager and keep stakeholders informed of overall project status.
