FedEx Corporation in Mexico City seeks an Enterprise Vendor Program Manager II to drive governance across the vendor lifecycle, enabling risk management, performance tracking, and sustainability alignment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, standardization of playbooks and dashboards, and ongoing training to empower business teams with scalable vendor management solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of work experience in program/project management, business process design, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Experience in supporting the rollout of enterprise-wide processes, training, or tools is highly preferred.
• An advanced degree may offset some of the experience requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the deployment of the enterprise vendor risk framework, providing standardized tools and processes to conduct risk assessments and manage compliance.
• Facilitates the use of central monitoring tools to provide visibility into third-party risk.
• Supports the enterprise vendor performance management framework.
• Provides KPI scorecard templates and QBR agendas to measure vendor performance and commercial delivery.
• Supports integration of sustainability and diversity goals into the vendor management lifecycle.
• Guides Sourcing and Business teams to incorporate criteria into vendor selection and management.
• Identifies opportunities and supports the implementation of technologies (e.g., AI, process automation) to standardize vendor management processes.
• Assists in developing and delivering training programs for vendor management tools and frameworks.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders (Sourcing, Legal, IT, and Business teams) to ensure adoption of the enterprise vendor management program.
• Supports continuous improvement of the vendor management framework with process roadmaps.
