Job summary

FedEx seeks an Enterprise Vendor Program Manager II to execute the global vendor management strategy. You will support governance programs enabling business teams to manage vendors effectively and drive value, risk mitigation, and sustainable performance across our global operations.

Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Vendor Management, you will apply best practices across risk, performance, sustainability & diversity, innovation & automation, and training, delivering standardized

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in program/project management, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Experience rolling out enterprise-wide processes, tools, or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the enterprise vendor risk framework with standardized tools and processes.
• Facilitate central monitoring for visibility into third-party risk.
• Support enterprise vendor performance and governance frameworks.
• Provide standardized toolkits (KPIs, QBR agendas) to measure vendor performance and delivery.
• Assist integration of sustainability and diversity goals into vendor management lifecycle.
• Guide sourcing teams to incorporate criteria into vendor selection and management.
• Identify opportunities for AI and process automation to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Assist in developing training programs for Sourcing and Business teams.
