Job summary

Henkel Mexicana is hiring a Travel & Expenses Analyst to oversee travel expense reimbursements, reconcile corporate credit cards, and prepare payment proposals. The role supports multiple countries and ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.

The ideal candidate has experience in Travel & Expense or related finance areas, familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and expense tools, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills with good English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel & Expense, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and expense management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate employee expense reports through corporate platforms.
• Manage and reconcile Corporate Credit Card (CCC) processes.
• Generate payment proposals and follow up on T&E-related transactions and monitor pending cases, overdue expense reports, and policy compliance.
• Provide support to employees and stakeholders across the supported countries.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and local regulations.
