Kraft Heinz invites rising graduates to join its Global Trainee Program 2027 in Mexico City. It offers a 12-month, end-to-end business experience with rotations across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources and Supply Chain.

You will work with leaders, lead initiatives with real impact, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams while developing your career in a global foods company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an eligible field.
• Graduation between December 2023 and December 2026.
• Based in Mexico City or eligible to relocate to Mexico City (relocation not covered).
• Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Advanced English language skills.

Based in Mexico City (Polanco), the trainee will have the opportunity to gain experience in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, and Supply Chain, through a journey shaped by business priorities and close collaboration across key areas

The Kraft Heinz Global Trainee Program is a 12-month experience in which you will have the opportunity to gain a true end-to-end view of the business

You will rotate through strategic areas of the business, understand how each piece connects, and lead initiatives with real impact, learning from experienced leaders along the way.

Requirements

• Eligible majors: Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, International Business, IT, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Business Relations, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Product Design
• Degree level: Bachelor’s degree
• Graduation: completed between December 2023 and December 2026
• Location: currently living in Mexico City or available to relocate to Mexico City (relocation expenses are not covered by Kraft Heinz)
• Work model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
• Languages: advanced/fluent conversational English
• Mobility: availability for future location changes during and after the program (rotations and relocations)
