The Kraft Heinz Company in Guadalajara is launching the Global Trainee Program (GMT) for 2027 in Manufacturing. The program rotates through Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics, and includes a Yellow Belt certification as a foundational Lean Six Sigma credential.

Eligible graduates will be exposed to senior leadership, work on high-impact projects, and relocate as needed during rotations. Start date January 2027; apply by October 5, 2026.

Formación

• Eligible majors include Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, International Business, Product Design, Industrial Design, and Environmental Management.
• Degree level: Bachelor’s degree.
• Graduation date: completed between December 2023 and December 2026.
• Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (relocation not covered). 100% on-site.
• Languages: advanced/fluent English.
• Mobility: willing to relocate for future location changes during rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics.
• Earn a Yellow Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma Institute as a foundation.
• Lead initiatives with real impact and gain exposure to senior leaders.
• Participate in a 12-month end-to-end view of the business.
