Antolin is actively seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to manage the international movement of materials and finished goods. The role involves preparing trade documentation, coordinating with customs brokers and carriers, and ensuring compliance with USMCA/T‑MEC and other trade rules.

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or international trade.
• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Knowledge of USMCA/T‑MEC and other trade agreements; IMMEX, Annex 24, Annex 30 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Prepare and review trade documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor customs clearance activities and resolve issues delaying shipments.
• Maintain accurate import/export records and support audits related to customs and trade compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and production teams to meet operational requirements.
• Analyze transportation and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
