Vertiv Group Corporation in Mexico City is seeking an Export/Import Coordinator responsible for handling all import and export transactions under the Export/Import Supervisor. The role requires coordinating with vendors, transporters, and customs to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a university degree in management or engineering, fluent English, and be well organized. Travel within the territory may be required, and additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact vendors abroad for import orders.
• Search and select transporters.
• Register with bonded warehouses.
• Document entries to the systems.
• Coordinate import payments.
• Initiate and follow up customs activities.
• Prepare filings per cost estimations.
• Handle letters of credits.
• Communicate with customers abroad for export & transit.
• Select transporters for export and transit.
• Organize transportation fee payments.
• Initiate and follow up customs activities.
• Prepare filings per cost estimations.
• Manage letters of credits.
