Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage export flows, customs compliance, and the timely arrival of merchandise. You will coordinate with the Materials Manager and translate client demand into production and shipping plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Engineering and at least five years in traffic control and customs agencies, with a client-services orientation.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in traffic control and customs agencies, client services.
• Professional recognition and industry networking are desired.
• Committed to work under pressure with a service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flow of export goods with customs and international trade compliance.
• Consolidate client demand and schedule transport.
• Create loading plans and cross-border documentation in SAP/Vastera as applicable.
• Notify customers of shipment scheduling and review invoices.
