Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Sr Customs Analyst to coordinate and oversee import/export operations for the plants across campus activities. You will ensure compliance with Mexico customs laws and collaborate with US brokers and government agencies.

The role requires 2–4 years in Customs, bilingual English/Spanish, GMP/ISO knowledge, and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to manage regulatory changes and ensure timely, compliant processing.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Customs.
• Analyst/Supervisor/Specialist role or equivalent.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish.
• GMP/ISO knowledge.
• Knowledge of U.S./Mexico Customs Laws and Foreign Trade Practices.
• Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represents the Company in all Customs matters related to Mexico.
• Coordinate with US Broker resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexico Government regulations and internal forecasts.
• Analyze import/export balances and reconciliation of documents.
• Update and maintain data in the Customs System.
• Coordinate external audits of Customs activities.
• Provide training and ensure records retention per policy.
