Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager for Global Trade Compliance - COE, based in Mexico. You will lead a team to optimize global trade operations, drive automation initiatives, and manage GTM tools and data analytics.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to enable scalable, tech-enabled trade compliance across regions. You will partner on the digital transformation roadmap, develop dashboards and KPI reporting,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Analytics, Intl. Trade, Eng or related field.
3–5 years in trade compliance, supply chain tech, BI or related function.
Formal leadership experience.
Knowledge of customs compliance, import/export regulations, tariff management.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
