• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential.
• Flexibility in working hours required, including weekend coverage.

Aufgaben

• Track every shipment to destination and update milestones in Maestro.
• Condition shipments as required (e.g., dry ice replenishment, re-packaging, labeling) and update milestones.
• Define the best routing for dispatch to final destination considering cost, flight availability and reliability.
• Coordinate with airlines using Direct Flight data (OAG) to assess options for on-time delivery.
• Obtain pre-booked MAWB and coordinate with receiving agent or MARKEN offices.
• Inform Dispatch that shipments are ready to be tendered to the airline per COT.
• Enter routing legs into Maestro and issue Domestic Alerts.
• Monitor milestone compliance using reporting tools and liaise with Marken network teams.
• Collaborate with Marken offices and service providers to ensure efficient handoffs and turnaround times.
• Analyze recurring operational issues and develop potential service improvements.
