LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Finance Operations professional to deliver high-quality AR services, manage credit and collections, and drive process improvements across the global LEGO organization.

The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, ensuring timely AR activities, and supporting standardized processes in a 1-year parental cover position based in Monterrey. English and Spanish skills are required.

Formación

• Proven experience within Finance and Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused AR processes with timely and accurate completion.
• Manage advanced AR activities including credit and collections, payment follow-up, and customer account management.
• Perform detailed credit risk assessments from financial statements and annual reports to support credit decisions.
• Release or cancel customer orders per policies and credit guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external customers across countries and regions.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize AR processes, increase efficiency, and support global standardization.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and internal controls.
