Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
• Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to support hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles globally.
• Partner with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across diverse functions and markets.
• Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities and process administration.
• Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion principles across all hiring activities and talent discussions.
