The LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to attract, engage, and hire top talent for a global Operations organization. You will partner with leaders worldwide, influence hiring decisions, and help build diverse, high-performing teams.

This role requires international recruiting experience, a data-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder management. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, leverage market insights, and contribute to regional and global TA

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
• Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to support hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of talent acquisition as a strategic business function.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles globally.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across diverse functions and markets.
• Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities and process administration.
• Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support and contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion principles across all hiring activities and talent discussions.
