The LEGO Group is seeking a global Talent Acquisition professional to attract, engage, and hire top talent for our Operations organization. You will partner with leaders worldwide, shape hiring strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

In this role you’ll influence talent decisions across markets, champion Diversity & Inclusion, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment that supports the LEGO Group’s mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

Formación

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within international/complex organizations.
• Proven sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles globally.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across diverse functions and markets.
• Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities and process administration.
• Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support and contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion principles across all hiring activities and talent discussions.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to support hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of talent acquisition as a strategic business function.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related environments.
• Experience using recruitment analytics and market intelligence tools.
