Magneti Marelli Parts & Services is seeking an experienced System Engineer to lead system engineering and product development for Nissan/RNM projects, including clusters and displays. You will coordinate with global teams, interface with customers, and ensure requirements traceability and timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive embedded development, strong knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive protocols, plus experience with DOORS and HMI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years embedded product development experience in automotive ECU programs (clusters, Silver-box preferred).
• Prior work on Nissan OEM product/project development as System Engineer/Lead or Technical lead.
• Familiarity with Nissan processes and documentation (Spec Tender, PDS, DCH, DQS, JQTA, PDCT, Dnote, etc.).
• Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN/UDS/Ethernet and other automotive protocols.
• Experience with DOORS for requirements management.
• Experience with HMI tools (Altia, Kanzi, CGI Studio, QT).
• Atlassian Jira/Confluence and collaboration tools.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ownership/lead capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical interface internally and with customers for development/maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and lead system, software, and validation activities with global teams.
• Ensure customer requirements are analyzed and clarified with customers until resolution.
• Manage system requirements tracing from Customer to Main Features levels.
• Lead system and software activities with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Support system efforts estimation and technical reviews during RFI/RFQ phases.
• Represent system in technical reviews and workshops with customers.
