Capgemini Engineering CDMX is seeking an automotive electrical design engineer to interface with cross-functional teams and translate objectives into technical requirements. You will design and develop solutions meeting design requirements, and ensure proper interfaces across components.

The role emphasizes system integration, innovation roadmaps, and a strong adherence to core engineering practices. A related degree and knowledge of lighting, CAN/LIN, and NX/Teamcenter are required.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or MBA (ABET accredited).
• Knowledge Lighting Development, Lighting Measurement and Lighting Simulation using SPEOS or equivalent tools.
• Experience with CAN/LIN bus and circuit analysis; DFSS knowledge is a plus.
• NX and Teamcenter familiarity; automotive interior design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with cross functional team to design and develop functional solutions that meet design requirements.
• Translate objectives into technical requirements and solutions.
• Create and analyze alternative design concepts and integrate system components.
• Support benchmarking of competitive vehicles and maintain engineering design practices.
• Coordinate advancement of new technologies and procedures to improve program timing.
