Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or planning.
- Strong project management in cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with S&OP/IBP/ERP processes and data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous improvement of planning and execution processes across plants and product lines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply, demand, operations, and financial goals.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, tools, and reporting to improve visibility and execution discipline.
- Support training, governance, and adoption of best practices, especially for teams in the AMER region.
