PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Chain Network Design Modeler to join a global team based in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. You will design end-to-end supply chain networks for iconic brands, driving profitability, service excellence, sustainability, and growth through advanced analytics and optimization.

You will leverage tools like Supply Chain Guru, Lyric, and JDA to translate complex questions into actionable models, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement impactful recommendations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain network design, optimization, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with network design platforms such as Supply Chain Guru, Coupa SCG, Lyric, Llamasoft, or JDA.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and enhance network optimization models for strategic scenarios.
• Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks using listed tools.
• Analyze large datasets to identify cost reduction and service improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align recommendations.
• Develop new modeling approaches and improve network design processes.
• Evaluate model outputs, perform scenario analysis, and present recommendations.
• Mentor team members and document methodologies.
