Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure accurate volume planning across NSLs, balancing capacity constraints and seasonality, while aligning with North America teams. The role leads Customer Service operations and drives demand planning, performance, and continuous improvement across the network.

Responsibilities include SLAs, cross-functional collaboration with Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams, and developing monthly performance reports with KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain/Operations/Planning leadership role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer service strategies compliant with SLAs.
• Oversee order intake, processing, and alignment with Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
• Manage escalated issues from key customers with timely solutions.
• Plan lab capacity balancing service levels and productivity with cross-functional input.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and service automation initiatives.
• Develop monthly KPI reports with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
