EssilorLuxottica in Baja California, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics Maintenance Superintendent to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of automated distribution-center systems, including conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, and vision equipment.

You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/VFD networks, manage contractors, and work with Operations, Engineering, IT, and CI teams to boost uptime and safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in automated environments.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens), HMIs, VFDs, pneumatic and electrical systems, conveyors and sortation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance for automated logistics systems.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor performance using CMMS, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control failures.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and industrial network troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Develop reliability improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support commissioning and startup activities for new automation.
• Manage contractors, system integrators, and OEM service providers with safety compliance.
