Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in sourcing service-based contracts and managing vendor relationships.
End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes experience with regional cost optimization and contract adherence.
Clear communication to a global user base about subscription requirements.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Smartsheet, DocuSign, and enterprise web apps (Power BI, Jaggaer, CCL, Sievo, Savings360).
Change management experience and ability to drive process improvements with documentation.

Responsibilities

Support global Regulatory and Engineering teams on standards and compliance.
Maintain subscription tools and manage access requests for standards data.
Produce data analytics to support operations and renewals.
Coordinate subscription requests to minimize compliance risk and business impact.
Administer full procure-to-pay process including PO lifecycle and invoice resolution.
Maintain shared digital workspaces for data management and documentation.
