Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Quality & EHS Manager to lead cross-functional teams with regional scope, integrating operational leadership with deep technical expertise to shape policies, programs, and methodologies that drive operational excellence and rigorous compliance across the organization.

You will drive strategic priorities, serve as the SME for quality and EHS, and mentor colleagues while aligning with global standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant, proven track record in Quality Management and EHS Functional Management.
• Knowledge level equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent high school diploma with substantial professional experience).
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: set priorities impacting quality and EHS effectiveness.
• Quality & EHS Stewardship: act as SME and ensure alignment with global standards and local regulations.
• Influencing & Stakeholder Management: communicate complex insights to diverse audiences and mentor colleagues.
• Evaluative Decision-Making: use data analytics to provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Project Execution: lead medium-risk programs from conception to completion with milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: drive innovation in manufacturing, technology, and engineering workflows.
