IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Regulatory Compliance professional. Based in Tlalnepantla with a remote option, you will join a motivated team and make a real impact on product compliance.

You will conduct regulatory reviews of raw materials, review supplier documentation, and assess regulatory information against global rules and internal policies. You’ll support multiple functions to ensure lifecycle compliance.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or another science-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the food, flavor, ingredient, chemical, or related industries.
  • Experience reviewing supplier documentation and assessing raw material compliance.
  • Knowledge of food ingredient, flavor, and raw material regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavors and related products.
  • Obtain, review, and evaluate supplier documentation for ingredient compliance.
  • Assess regulatory, scientific, and technical information against global regulations, customer requirements, and internal policies.
  • Support R&D, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production, and other functions with regulatory guidance.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and provide resolution recommendations.
  • Maintain regulatory records, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Support evaluation and introduction of new raw materials into the portfolio.
  • Manage multiple compliance reviews while meeting project timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lifecycle regulatory compliance.
