Job summary

EPAM Systems is building a Senior Solution Architect to shape the end-to-end architecture for a unified global digital ecosystem across LATAM and Europe. You will define solution vision and implementation planning for loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations while partnering with enterprise architects and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Solution Architecture.
• Expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices on AWS and distributed systems.
• Experience with Loyalty Management Systems and Payment Gateways.
• Exposure to Databricks and data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security/compliance (OAuth, PCI-DSS).
• Proven ability to produce SADs, designs, and API contracts.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements for security, scalability and performance.
• Experience leading multi-geo engineering and DevOps teams.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture for global markets while integrating with legacy systems.
• Assess tech stacks for loyalty, payments, and e-commerce modules and design optimal solution.
• Produce SADs, high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements.
• Create roadmaps and migration plans minimizing business disruption.
• Collaborate with product, delivery leads, and stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
• Set governance, code review standards, and architectural guardrails.
• Drive end-to-end implementation plans to deliver business value.
• Mentor multi-geo engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads.
