Formación

• 10–15+ years of IT experience, progressing to Enterprise or Regional Architecture roles.
• Proven track record in designing end‑to‑end digital ecosystems.
• Experience in global and regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define regional architecture blueprint across markets.
• Evaluate and guide new initiatives from an architecture perspective.

We are now looking for an IT Regional Architect to shape and drive the technology architecture across Latin America and Canada, enabling seamless consumer and customer experiences at scale!

Role Purpose

The IT Regional Architect is responsible for defining and governing the regional technology architecture, ensuring that digital solutions across markets are integrated, scalable, and aligned with global platforms. This role acts as a key bridge between local market needs and global IT strategy, enabling end‑to‑end consumer and customer experiences across B2C and B2B touchpoints.

Your Day to Day

• Regional Architecture & Integration – Define and evolve the regional architecture blueprint across multiple markets. Ensure strong alignment between local initiatives and global platforms. Drive integration across key ecosystems: Websites, CRM, Consumer care, Retail and partner platforms. Enable connected consumer journeys across all touchpoints.
• Portfolio & Solution Governance – Evaluate and guide new initiatives from an architecture perspective. Anticipate the impact of new launches (e.g., categories, brands). Ensure solutions are scalable, high‑performing, and sustainable long‑term. Promote adoption of global platforms over fragmented local solutions. Plan for growth and develop future goals. Define the transition toward multi‑category ecosystem, one‑to‑one personalization capabilities, and global platforms replacing legacy local solutions. Identify key dependencies, risks, and investment needs.
• Customer Management & Influence – Partner closely with regional IT leadership, global product & technology teams, and commercial and consumer functions. Influence senior collaborators to align on common architecture decisions. Balance technical excellence with business constraints (budget, timelines, priorities).
• Technical Oversight & Quality Standards – Ensure adherence to guidelines in architecture and engineering, including reliability and continuity (e.g., disaster recovery), performance and scalability, resilience and stability. Provide guidance to solution architects and engineering teams during delivery.
• Team Development (Future Scope) – Potentially build and lead a team of 1–2 solution architects. Provide coaching and direction aligned with regional standards.

Experience

• 10–15+ years of experience in IT, with progression from Solution Architecture / Application Design to Enterprise or Regional Architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end digital ecosystems.
• Experience working across global and regional collaborators.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong foundation in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Digital platforms and ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel ecosystems (web, apps, CRM, retail, call center) and integration of global vs. local solutions.
• Familiarity with Cloud architecture, APIs and scalable platforms.

Eye For Business

• Strong understanding of consumer and customer engagement models.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology architecture decisions.
• Experience in complex or regulated environments is a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills (Critical)

• Strong team member management and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex and conflicting priorities.
• Clear communicator capable of translating technical topics into business language.
• Balance between critical thinking and hands‑on understanding.
