Rules Cube is seeking a Senior Pega Lead/System Architect to ensure architectures are robust, scalable, and aligned with client needs across LATAM. The role involves hands-on development of enterprise-grade Pega applications and guiding project teams to deliver value.

You will partner with clients to ensure requirements are met while shaping the architectural vision, with opportunities for remote work depending on project and client. LATAM authorization is required.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in building and implementing model‑driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications.
• Hands-on, collaborative individual with experience working with technical architects, business users and engineers.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Object‑Oriented techniques and principles.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
• Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
• Develop an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
• Size, manage scope and risk in conjunction with Program Manager.
• Ensure the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.
• Participate in developing additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.
