Formación

• Experience in service/repair ecosystem or warranty operations.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous-improvement certification required.
• Familiarity with service/repair ticketing and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day service operations including repair, refurbishment, warranty, and post-sales support.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer experience indicators to drive results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards to support decisions and identify improvements.
• Assist with inventory management, logistics, and value recovery programs across the service supply chain.
• Drive process standardization and automation to reduce costs.
• Support compliance with HP policies and quality standards.
