HP is seeking a Service Supply Chain Planning Super User to own Servigistics configuration, support process governance, and drive continuous improvement across the AMS Service Supply Chain. The role partners with Planning Managers, COE, IT, and global stakeholders to standardize planning, ensure data quality, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Advanced knowledge of service supply chain planning processes, including forecasting and inventory optimization.
Strong expertise in Servigistics or similar planning tools configuration and workflows.
Experience with master data governance and data validation.

Responsabilidades

Own and maintain Servigistics configuration and planning process governance to support business objectives.
Lead data validation, UAT, regression testing, and go-live readiness for system deployments.
Ensure master data integrity and alignment to global planning standards.
Monitor planning outputs and system performance; drive corrective actions as needed.
Provide first-level business support for planners and coordinate with IT and COE teams.
Develop playbooks, training materials, and governance routines for rollout adoption.
Lead future-state process design and gap analyses across global teams.
Drive automation initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
