Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Ocean Logistics Import Specialist in León, Mexico. You will coordinate sea import shipments, serve as the main point of contact for customers, and collaborate with origin offices to ensure smooth handling and timely follow-ups.

The role requires 1+ years in Sea Logistics, knowledge of Incoterms and customs, and strong English, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365. You will help improve processes and support new accounts while maintaining KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sea Logistics or related field.
• Familiar with import operations, Incoterms, and customs processes.
• Experience with shipping documentation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean import shipments and ensure procedures meet requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers with updates.
• Coordinate with origin offices and ensure proper handling and follow-up.
• Prepare and update operational guidelines for customer accounts.
• Monitor activities to meet KPIs and performance targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Pricing, and Finance teams.
• Support new accounts implementation and transition of operations.
