3Pillar Global, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive backlog, prioritize features, and translate client requirements into actionable user stories for distributed engineering teams. You will partner with product managers, design researchers, and delivery squads to ensure timely value delivery for US clients.

You’ll own acceptance criteria, collaborate across functions, and help shape architecture while guiding agile ceremonies and continuous improvement in a remote-first global environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Scrum Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience with technical teams, SMEs and stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years Consulting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of detailed information.
• Proven experience with Agile Methodologies.
• The ability to communicate effectively, respectfully in English with other team members, project management and executive level clients.
• Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines and in a fast-past environment
• Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)
• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies.
• Prior knowledge building and executing test plans and cases for the transformation and movement of complex data between sources and destinations.
• Proficient with data analysis tools.
• Paid professional certifications

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog, maintain consistent prioritization of work, and facilitate backlog refinement with the on-site development team(s).
• Collaborate with Design Research to lead ongoing user interviews and usability tests.
• Collaborate with Design Research to lead ongoing user interviews, usability tests, A/B tests, etc. and share key findings with the team(s).
• Document requirements and acceptance criteria for features, epics, and stories.
• Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and priorities for product design and architecture.
• Coordinate with global delivery teams and clients to ensure alignment with strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate research findings and user feedback to the development team to explain the 'why' behind what’s built.
