ERM in Mexico City is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Salesforce COE and support global delivery by translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions that drive operational excellence.

You will partner with ITBP and cross-functional teams across regions to gather requirements, write user stories, and help prioritize features while ensuring governance and data quality. The role emphasizes adoption, automation, and end-user training across ERM's global practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst with 2–3 years on Salesforce CRM.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Knowledge of governance and data quality in Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact between ITBP, business teams, and Salesforce COE.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
• Translate needs into user stories, flows, and functional specifications.
• Prioritize requirements with global stakeholders across regions.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, and governance.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, controls and contribute to data integrity audits.
• Drive automation and adoption of new Salesforce features.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for end-users.
