FARO CREAFORM is seeking a Financial Analyst to ensure accurate, scalable sales compensation programs and support the growth of our global sales organization. You will work with Sales and Finance to manage commissions, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance-related roles, advanced Excel, and strong analytical skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and independent work in a multinational setting are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, or a similar environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with commission management tools such as Callidus is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions and incentives
• Act as the primary contact for commission-related questions from the Sales team
• Maintain compensation plans, targets, rates, and exception management
• Review and validate commission data to ensure accuracy
• Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and financial reconciliations
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quality controls and commission processes
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate compensation processes
• Support global standardization of sales compensation practices
