AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions, serving as the primary sales team contact for compensation questions. You will maintain plans, validate data, and prepare analytics to support a scalable global compensation program.

You will collaborate with Sales and Finance across international teams, driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized practices to support business growth and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, or a similar environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with commission management tools such as Callidus is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative, international environment.

As a Financial Analyst at FARO CREAFORM, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales compensation programs while contributing to the growth of our global sales organization.
