Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance; CPA preferred or controllership experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Hands‑on experience in financial accounting and controlling.
• Experience with ERP platforms SAP/Oracle and OneStream preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RTR process rationalization, simplification, and governance enterprise‑wide.
• Design future‑state RTR processes across geographies and reporting jurisdictions.
• Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA/Oracle Fusion targets; push standardization and automation.
• Support ERP implementation and change management with cross‑functional teams.
