Zusammenfassung

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building efficiency and decarbonization, seeks an Enterprise RTR Finance Lead to drive process rationalization and governance across finance operations during an ERP transformation.

You will partner with the RTR Director, ERP teams, and GPO to design future-state RTR processes, establish governance, and support policy changes to ensure global consistency and scalable, compliant finance delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and /or finance.
• CPA preferred or experience working in controllership functions.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms, with OneStream experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working with ERP global templates (SAP and/or Oracle preferred).
• Experience in global or regional finance shared services environments Strong understanding of RTR processes, controls, and compliance requirements

Aufgaben

• Lead Record-to-Report (RTR) process rationalization, simplification, harmonization, and governance at the enterprise level as part of the ERP transformation program.
• Partner with ERP RTR Director, PMO Manager – Enterprise, and RTR GPO to design future-state RTR process models and governance frameworks.
• Drive RTR initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure global consistency, scalability, and compliance across finance processes.
• Define and execute vision and strategy for enterprise finance transformation program for RTR.
• Lead design of future-state, end-to-end RTR processes for global finance across cycles, geographies, and reporting jurisdictions.
• Align RTR processes with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion target models, emphasizing simplicity and standardization.
• Support policy changes, documentation updates, and process guidebooks.
• Collaborate with business unit project teams, implementation partners, and cross-functional finance workstreams (RTR, PTP, OTC).
• Provide recommendations to ensure successful ERP delivery and adoption.
• Support rollout of edge applications from an RTR perspective, including change management.
• Define and execute change management plans with Finance leadership and Shared Service Centers.
• Participate in enterprise transformation initiatives and ERP-driven RTR initiatives.
• Act as Controller or Accounting Manager during transition periods when needed.
